You've seen the footage of the Nautilus Drydocks sharks in action, and now it's time for you to build one of your own!

For assembly, it is recommended to tack parts with gel CA such as the product offered by Gorilla Brand. For strength, it is also HIGHLY recommended to lay up a strip of fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin over all seams.
These STL files will allow you to print out your own body of the RC shark. Parts are no larger than 250mm x 250mm x 250mm, so most modern printers will have no problem handling the fabrication.
The completed shark measures:
Length: 980mm / 38.5"
Width: 365mm / 14.3"
Height: 355mm / 14"Total filament weight in ABS with supports: 2216g (just over two filament spools).
Total print time on Bambu X1C in ABS GF filament at 0.3mm resolution: 71.5hrs
It is highly recommended to print your shark in ABS, ASA or PETG plastic. While printing in PLA will provide a beautiful body, the low melting point of PLA plastic will mean that your new pet will be highly susceptible to warping if exposed to heat or direct sunlight.
Options are available to have this shark printed for you in either high detail resin, or in ultra high strength fiberglass reinforced ABS plastic. Check the Shark Body Listing for pricing and details.
