This is an absolutely gorgeous example of a German WW2 Delphin one-man submarine, rendered in 1/12 scale.
The German World War II Delfin (Dolphin) midget submarine, developed around 1944-1945, was a tiny, high-speed, 1-man prototype designed for coastal attacks, with a length of 5.4 meters (approx. 17.7 feet). It had a width of 1.01 meters, was armed with one torpedo, and achieved speeds up to 19 knots on the surface.
This particular boat was built by Darrin Hattaway and is constructed to an exceptionally high degree of quality and performance. The watertight cylinder houses the main brushless motor and FrSky TDR6 Tandem receiver. A brand new FrSky X18 provides control.
