This is a hull kit of the US Ohio Class SSBN submarine, rendered in ABS plastic with fiberglass reinforcement. The hull sections have been assembled and the joints fiberglassed for strength and rigidity. 
 
All of the missile hatches have been fitted and installed, and can be posed in open or closed position, or connected to a servo/motor system of your choice to actuate remotely. 
 
Preliminary sanding has taken place, though the buyer will want to do the normal filling/sanding/priming to achieve a perfect hull finish.

Beam in 1/96 scale: 13.7cm / 5.4"
 
Available to add to this is a brand new dual tank, single shaft R&R 100mm diameter watertight cylinder.  This cylinder is the perfect match for this boat, offering superb control and flexibility. Select this option at checkout if you'd like to use it in your build.
