The buyer is responsible for determining condition, quality and performance to their satisfaction prior to purchase. This model is sold as is and where is. The product is guaranteed to be in working order upon shipping. In person pickup is highly recommended. The Nautilus Drydocks is not responsible for loss or damage due to shipping. Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs of the shipping carton, packaging materials, and damaged product. Failure to report shipping damage within this period may limit available remedies.
